The company’s primary business purpose is the acquisition, development, production and exploitation of feature films in all domestic and international markets, with emphasis upon theatrical motion pictures, movies-for-television, and movies-for-home entertainment.

Our management team puts the Business of Show Business first. We use a proven, disciplined Risk Management Process, inherent to our Business Model, to protect our investors and maximize revenue.

We adhere to an established business/risk mitigation process, in order to minimize risk, and maximize potential revenue, for our investor.
